Ingredients
10 slices bacon
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup. mayonnaise
1/3 cup. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 lb. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess liquid
1 cup. freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup. grated mozzarella, divided
Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
1 baguette, sliced and toasted, for serving (optional)
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/177ºC/Gas 4 using a nonstick frying pan cook the bacon until crispy for about 8 minutes. Then cut the bacon into bits.
STEP 2
In a large bowl mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the chopped spinach, bacon, parmesan and ¾ cup of mozzarella.
STEP 3
Place the dip into the frying pan and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
