Ingredients
4 Gammon Steaks
1 Cauliflower (Break into florets)
1 tablespoon of Mustard
100ml Crème Fraiche (Sour Cream)
50g Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
Method
Step 1: Cook your gammon steaks 6-10 minutes each side (Grill or Fry)
Step 2: While the Gammon steaks are cooking, cook the Cauliflower florets in boiling water till they are tender, drain then place into a bowl, add the mustard, cream and some of the cheese & mix.
Step 3: Place the cauliflower mixture onto the gammon steaks, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and grill for 5 minutes, until bubbling and golden.
